標題[問題] Asus X550VC 當機問題

廠牌:Asus 型號:X550VC i3 3110m版本 購入日期:14/2/13 距上次使用正常時間:剛剛 OS版本:Win8 平常作業內容:上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):應該沒有 問題內容: 各位版友你們好,昨天晚上剛購入了新機 但在使用上卻發生了兩次當機的情況 一次是在上網 另一次則是剛開機時我點入win8介面上"訊息"的功能時 兩次的當機都只能強制重開 按了Ctrl+Alt+Del也都沒有反應 共通點是兩次重開之後都在進行系統更新 想請問這樣的情況是否正常...? 是哪裡出了問題呢QQ 麻煩各位替我解答了...如果有問題我要趕快拿回去更換 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.242.101
