遇攔檢「幹你老師」　男子罵警判罰3萬元

新北市李姓男子去年11月間，因不滿騎車遇到警方攔檢酒測，竟破口大罵「幹你老師」，被台北地院依侮辱公務員罪，判處拘役30天，得易科罰金3萬元。

法官審理認為，34歲的李男去年11月16日深夜騎車行經新店區中正路時，遇上酒測攔查時不斷抗拒，還對員警咆哮辱罵，等於是漠視國家公務之執行，不過考量他犯後坦承錯誤，因此在最重可處6月徒刑的侮辱公務員罪責中，僅判他拘役30天，易科罰金每天1千元。本案還可上訴。（劉昌松／台北報導）
