【動新聞】失控撞護欄　1死2傷車變廢鐵

新北市今天凌晨3點發生一起重大車禍，一輛自小客車行經新北環快永和往板橋方向時，失控撞上匝道口的水泥護欄，路過民眾見狀連忙報警求援。
 
警消人員抵達後發現肇事車輛車體嚴重變形，零件散落一地，駕駛和2名乘客全都受困車內，警消先以破壞器材破壞車體協助傷者脫困，23歲的初姓駕駛和後座吳姓男乘客被救出送醫後暫無大礙，但副駕駛座上的24歲康姓男子，因頭部嚴重受創，送醫急救後仍不治身亡。
 
警方鑑識人員案發後也到現場進行採證，從肇事車輛上查獲毒品K他命，另外初姓駕駛也被驗出0.09的酒測值，警方初步研判，駕駛疑似飲酒和吸毒後開車上路才會失控釀禍，因為2名傷者還需住院治療
，詳細肇事原因還有待調查釐清。（陸運鋒／新北報導）
